This “tour diary” is a collection of photos and field recordings I’ve collected while on touring in Julia Holter’s band. When you’re on tour, despite getting to travel to so many wonderful cities, you seldom have time to really visit and explore. This project started as a way of reminding myself to take a few minutes to really open my ears and eyes to the places around me. I’d simply wander around for little while with no destination or goal in mind, and pause when something would catch my attention or curiosity.
